The request will be sent to the MDA, evidence of submission will be published and a response from the MDA will be traced and updated on the system. This is normally generic in nature and relates more to infrastructure
Make A Complaint or Report an Unfair Treatment to Government
All MDAs – User initiated: Users are able to make a complaint against any MDA. The request will be sent to the MDA, evidence of submission will be published and a response from the MDA will be traced and updated on the system
Request for Information or Ask Government a Question
All MDAs – User initiated: Users are able to request for information from any MDA. The request will be sent to the MDA, evidence of submission will be published. This is based on freedom of information
Respond to Government Requests for Ideas
Submit Idea – Solicited - Subscribed MDAs - MDA initiated: MDAs can run crowdsourcing campaigns using the portal. For example, if they need to seek idea contribution or comments from the public, this can be run as a campaign, ideas captured, mined and reported to the MDA.
Submit an Idea or Make a Suggestion to Government
Submit Idea – Unsolicited - All MDAs – User initiated: Users are able to submit ideas to any MDA in the country. Ideas will be collated and submitted to the applicable MDA. Such submitted ideas do not require a response from the MDA but an evidence of submission will be published.
